		<description>Being just recently laid off (along with a thousand others this past month) I am more confident now to see that my efforts to make my resume&#039; professional And honest will be looked upon by the HR Executive as &quot;Competent and desirable&quot;  esp. if Crud like this is my competition.  Thanks for the giggle!</description>
