He’ll chuck it out of an airplane. That’s the game plan for Tung Desem Waringin, author and motivational speaker. Instead of spending a lot of money on a market ploy for his second book, he’ll be showering Jakarta residents with 100 million rupiah (about $10,740) from the skies.

Considering millions of Indonesians live on less than $2 per day, his unorthodox methods might pay off — depending on how much he’ll charge for his book, of course.

Jakarta police had refused to give Waringin a permit for the aerial stunt, so he’ll need to stay outside of the capital when it’s time for the drop.

We’re unable to obtain a translation of the title for his second book, but if it were “How to Get Rid of 100 Million Rupiah for Dummies,” we wouldn’t be surprised.
